Position Summary:

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with managing all aspects of the lobby lounge, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations

• Oversee the daily operations of the lounge, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

• Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating an inclusive community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential

• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better

• Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning

• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department

• Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement in conjunction with F&B Leadership team.

• Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of company policies and procedures.

• Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.

• Conducts regular departmental communications briefing and meetings in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA

• 2 Years relevant experience in a managerial role

• Full working rights in Australia

• Leadership & Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement efforts, focusing on product and service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.

• Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and guide F&B staff, ensuring top-notch service for every guest.

• Guest Relations: Manage reservations and ensure exceptional F&B guest relations.

• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development for F&B staff to maintain high standards.
