As part of a team of over 900, you will be encouraged to learn and to grow, both professionally and personally.About the roleWe are seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to join the Davy Company Secretary in the Company Secretary office (“CoSec” Office). The Davy Company Secretary reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.The standalone CoSec Office in Davy was established in 2021 and since then has introduced and developed corporate governance practices across Davy Group. Working with the Davy Company Secretary, the successful role holder will assist in further developing and embedding these practices, ensuring they are fit for purpose and scale, while managing a standalone remit of subsidiary entities and committees (specific remit to be agreed depending on prior experience).This a great opportunity for an individual who is familiar with corporate governance and is ready to develop their skills further to a senior management level.In the role, the successful candidate will:Company Secretarial Practice
