Job Description

Job Purpose : Responsible for day-to-day operations of the site within the VCIP PPP account to achieve revenue and service performance obligations, including Lifecycle Project Management, Augmentations Project Management, and Asset Management Deliverables. This position is primarily based within a correctional environment located in Lara.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and deliver allocated projects’ Annual Works Plans to support safe and efficient service delivery.

  • Provide operational and strategic direction for service delivery.

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and foster a collaborative team approach.

  • Uphold company values of Integrity & Respect, Collaboration & Trust, Confidence & Mentorship

  • Proactively meet project KPIs and mitigate abatement risks.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in project management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Client-side Project Management experience (minimum 2 years).

  • Facility Management experience (desirable).

  • Strong knowledge of OH&S.

  • Excellent decision-making skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Share Point.

  • Finance skills.

  • Sound knowledge of maintenance engineering techniques and project management principles.

  • Familiarity with building construction and statutory regulations.

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar management role.
