Asbestos Analyst/Consultant, East Midlands, £32-40k + Company Vehicle, Health Insurance, Bonus Scheme & PensionMy client is an established and successful Accredited Consultancy who due to sustained business growth is now seeking an additional P403/404 Qualified Asbestos Analyst to join their growing team.The successful person will need to be responsible for carrying out ‘Management’ and ‘Refurbishment & Demolition’ surveys on commercial and domestic properties as well as Schools and other Public Sector Buildings.Other Duties/responsibilities:
- Liaising on a daily basis with clients, contractors and their representatives as well as members of the public.
- Carrying out a range of air testing from leak tests to 4 stage clearance/issue of reoccupation.
- Conducting bulk sampling within the region.
- Other duties as requested by the Regional Manager to help and support the office growth.
Requirements
- You must have held a similar position and be P403 and 404 qualified
- Full Driving license
- DBS cleared
- Presently Living in the UK, ideally based in the East Midlands, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby
- Sponsorship is not available so you will need full leave to remain
