Apply today!Job Details#INDWC#Ll-HybridJoin Our Commercial Affairs Team as an Artwork Coordinator!JOB PURPOSETo support the continued development of the Alvita range of own brand products sold through the Pharmaceutical wholesale business (Alliance Healthcare) which is part of the Cencora Group.This role will work with colleagues, external suppliers and design agencies to coordinate the origination and management of artwork predominantly for Alvita branded products.In the role you build up a knowledge of the legislative requirements for a variety of product categories including medical devices and toiletries. This role will be required to handle multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of artworks to the suppliers in compliance with legal requirements and agreed deadlines, thereby supporting product launches and or maintaining compliant artwork and stock in the market.JOB CONTEXTAlvita is a range of healthcare products, (medical devices, toiletries and biocides etc) which includes over 700 Alvita products marketed in 7 countries. The Alvita range is supplied by over 25 suppliers located in 20 different countries. The majority of the products have multilingual packaging.This is an important role in supporting the business to launch new products and maintain compliant artwork in the market. This role requires someone who is very organised, has excellent attention to detail and who wants to develop in a small dynamic team.This role sits within the Central Regulatory Team and will work closely with other colleagues within Commercial Affairs; Quality, Sourcing and Supply Chain and local teams in market as well as with suppliers of own brand branded products.Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the origination of multiple artworks for new product developments (NPD) and artwork
• updates, supporting the commercial development, predominantly for the Alvita range.
• Support the preparation of the Artwork Management Sheet (AMS) and the Artwork Translation Sheet (ATS) which are important documents in the process of originating artwork for Alvita products.
• Ensure all artwork is maintained, updated and developed to the same professional standard, branding and design guidelines.
• Working in collaboration with the Product and Brand Managers, marketing colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure packaging materials meet the requirements of the Alvita Packaging Specification.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders; colleagues, suppliers and design agencies to successfully deliver artwork on time and to the necessary standard.
• Build up a knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements to be fulfilled for different product categories.
• Manage multiple projects and artwork updates concurrently and accurately. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the artwork library.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on the progression and status of all artwork-related tasks.
• Support the preparation and administration of Standard Operating Procedures and master tracking documents.

.What you’ll have:

• Experience in the pharmacy / healthcare setting preferable but not essential, Alternatively experience within product development environment, involving origination of artwork for retail products.
• Can do attitude, with strong accountability and ownership.
• Comfortable with a fast pace and switching between competing priorities.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
