Our client in the flooring industry is looking for a passionate and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic team! If you’re a motivated sales professional with a proactive mindset and a passion for building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.About the RoleAs an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client’s customer base in the West of Ireland. Your mission? To drive revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and represent our client’s market-leading brands with passion, respect, excellence, and entrepreneurship.What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow the business by developing sales in existing and new market sectors
• Build strong relationships with trading partners and customers
• Drive brand visibility by maintaining display materials and POS branding
• Deliver expert product training to customers and partners
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system, including weekly calls and sales reports
• Stay ahead of market trends and provide valuable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Credit Control, and Marketing
• Attend exhibitions, roadshows, and sales meetings (some weekend work may be required)
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
• A proactive and results-driven approach
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong IT skills (including MS PowerPoint & Excel) and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
