Our client, a dynamic M&A and Corporate Finance boutique, specializes in real assets. They procure equity, mezzanine, and debt for energy and infrastructure projects, real estate, and mid-sized companies to enhance project efficiency and quality. They structure various financing options and connect clients with a broad network of institutional investors and alternative capital providers. Their expertise spans energy, infrastructure, real estate, and corporate finance, managing purchase or sale processes with finesse.The Position
Based in Münster, you will contribute to the development, structuring, and execution of Capcora’s mandates across Europe, working on a variety of projects and processes. Analysts will work directly with and learn from our Associates and VPs.Primary Responsibilities

  • Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of project opportunities related to financing and M&A processes.
  • Developing, reviewing, and managing sophisticated financial models, discounted cash flow valuations, and scenario analysis, summarizing results in a clear and effective manner.
  • Assisting in due diligence processes conducted by third-party advisors.
  • Analyzing various projects and markets to identify potential deal opportunities.
  • Creating key marketing and process documents such as teasers, information memoranda, and reports.
  • Assisting in the research, writing, and proofing of market intelligence for marketing and process materials.
  • Actively participating in the (real and virtual) office life of a young company that is always looking to improve the quality of its services.

Required Skills

  • Strong Excel modeling skills, ideally with experience in VBA or another programming language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork with reliable, independent, and highly motivated task execution.
  • Ability to learn quickly and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ideally, existing financial modeling and valuation experience, preferably within the renewables, energy, and/or infrastructure sectors.
  • Commitment to personal growth and career development.

Salary Package
€50,000 to €70,000 per annum + €7,000 to €20,000 fixed bonus + additional bonus related to team performance.Why Join?
