Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Marketing Communications teams design, execute and report on internal and external communications and PR activities, engaging with customers, outside agencies and industry organizations. They define the messages and oversee the implementation of initiatives that engage key audiences using a variety of approaches, including internal communications, media, public relations and social media, developing ideas and stories to execute internal and external communications. They leverage a trend or storyline emerging from multiple inputs, e.g., team meetings, reports, social and traditional media, politics and current events, to elevate TE’s brand in the market and partner with marketing colleagues to ensure campaigns, lead generation and market-facing communications complement one another to drive marketing results and manages the relationship with TE’s public relations agency of record and assigned budget. The Communications team collaborates closely with various stakeholders from executive leadership team and Human Resources to a variety of product, sales and internal marketing partners.

We are running a world class Global Financial Solutions Center (FSC) organization with operations in China, Costa Rica, India and Poland. The Analyst Communication will play a critical role in designing and implementing communication and marketing strategies that effectively support the achievement of the FSC Global Strategy.
This role, based in Krakow, one of the regional FSC locations and reporting to the Global Head of the FSC, is a key member of the FSC global leadership team. As part of the FSC Leadership team, the Engagement & Communications Architect will join a group of professionals who are passionate about ensuring the future growth of the business by delivering quality services and solutions. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate and thrive in a global environment while maintaining integrity, taking accountability, leading through influence, and championing agility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement a global communication strategy that promotes the value proposition of FSCs and creates customer demand and loyalty that:

Builds upon regional internal communications creating compelling outward-facing messaging and promotion.

Includes strong success messaging, for global audiences, that focus on key developments, solutions, and business value derived from the FSCs.

Ensures all market-facing communications clear delivery, compelling, differentiated messages that drive engagement and branding; includes social media channels.
• Facilitate change management programs and communications globally; includes all changes such as organizational, service delivery locations, system upgrades, process improvements, etc.
• Creating and executing a comprehensive internal & external communications plan for the FSC to drive greater employee engagement.
• Internal/ External communications – manage the communications coming from the FSC Leadership teams. Own the business updates, town hall presentations and webcasts, organizational announcements.
• Partner with TE’s Corporate Communications team on enterprise-wide programs and initiatives, such as global leadership events, the company’s internet/intranet sites, branding campaigns, digital and social media activities.
• Developing and enhancing communications-related performance metrics to measure effectiveness, progress and business impact.
• Oversee management of the FSC SharePoint, and other communications platforms, while continuously looking for innovative delivery methods to improve effectiveness.
• Content Creation & Storytelling – Serve as a “journalist,” cultivating sources across geographies, functions and businesses to drive the creation of compelling content.

Collaborate with leadership to craft messages that inspire and inform employees across the organization.

Drive initiatives to improve knowledge sharing, employee engagement, and collaboration within the Global Financial Solutions Center.
• Brand Enhancement:

Support the promotion of the company’s image as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns, events, and digital content.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials that showcase the organization’s business and technological advancements.
• Talent Attraction Support:

Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to design communication strategies that attract top talent.

Highlight the benefits of working within the organization to potential candidates via digital and offline channels.
• Data-Driven Insights:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns to continuously optimize strategies.

Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders on communication activities and their impact.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
• Proven engagement and communication experience in international environment (+5 years).
• Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with different stakeholders in a large/matrix organization.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills (C1).
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to develop strong relationships with multiple departments in a large, matrix organization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship development skills.
