Are you a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Massachusetts, ready to make a meaningful impact—right from home? Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed in Massachusetts, to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 40 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You’ll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role: 

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule with Fridays strongly preferred in EST
• Patient Population: Ages 3+ (predominantly 5+), with a high need for child & adolescent patients with full spectrum of acuity
• Appointments: 60 minutes for initial visits, 20-30 minutes for follow-ups.
• Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Massachusetts. You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care!
• Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.
• No on-call duties!

Qualifications: 

• An active PMHNP license in the state of Massachusetts is required
• Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issued
• Availability for40 hours per week, with the ability to work during EST hours.
• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 3 and up
• Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients across all acuity levels
• PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Candidates fluent in and able to provide patient care in Spanish strongly preferred, but not required
