DescriptionJob Title: Aircraft Leasing VP or SVP MarketingLocation: DublinOverview:We are recruiting for a growing aircraft leasing platform that is seeking a VP or SVP of Marketing for the EMEA and Americas regions.Responsibilities:

• Act as the internal expert on the region; understand and brief the company on market drivers and demand.
• Develop and implement marketing programs and strategies.
• Manage relationships with airlines in the region.
• Initiate, develop, negotiate, and close new sales and leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate complex cross-border transactions and agreements in the EMEA and Americas regions.
• Maintain and share a thorough understanding of current and future market trends.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in a commercial aircraft leasing company.
• Extensive knowledge of the EMEA market, its opportunities, airlines, OEMs, MROs, and lessors, with the ability to accurately forecast market shifts.
• Strong knowledge of operating lease terms, asset security issues, delivery and return conditions, and aviation insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
