DescriptionAircraft Leasing Technical Support Manager / Technical AnalystMy client is a high-profile lessor which has a requirement for a Technical Support Manager/ Technical Analyst to support its leasing operations. This role ensures aircraft compliance, manages maintenance reserves, and provides technical expertise during transitions, inspections, and lease negotiations.Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee aircraft technical performance and maintenance programs.
• Manage records for aircraft, engines, and components, ensuring compliance with leasing agreements and regulatory standards.
• Support lease transitions, including end-of-lease redeliveries and new deliveries.
• Coordinate with airline customers to ensure smooth aircraft transitions and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct on-site aircraft inspections and audits.
• Analyse maintenance reserve claims and recommend disbursements.
• Assist in evaluating potential acquisitions or sales of aircraft.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience in aircraft leasing, MRO, or airline.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, maintenance programs, and aircraft lease structures.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in technical and financial reporting.
