This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking to make an impact in financial reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including debtors, creditors, and payroll.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Support financial close activities for multiple entities, with variance analysis to budget and forecast.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of strategic plans.
• Develop dashboards, ad hoc reports, and cash flow forecasts with associated commentary.
• Coordinate year-end audit processes and liaise with auditors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to drive process improvements and optimize systems.

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial operations and reporting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems.
• A proactive mindset, with a passion for innovation and process efficiency.
