Job description
Your missionAs an AI Research Engineer, you will leverage your knowledge in language-based AI to design and implement new system architectures, processes, and proof-of-concepts for accurate chatbots. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and testing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for various data sources.
- Designing agentic, knowledge-supported LLM architectures tailored to different stakeholders.
- Exploring and applying prompt engineering techniques.
- Leading and collaborating with the research team.
- Training and mentoring team members to share knowledge and skills.
Your experience
- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in language-based AI with recent research on LLMs for production industries.
- A research-oriented mindset with a focus on technological innovation and achieving results for top industries.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in mentoring and working collaboratively with junior colleagues.
