The Agency Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our agencies at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become a go to person in media planning, strategy, optimization and measurement to top agency holding groups and drive accountability through the process of tracking their performance. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, and experience in data analysis, this role is responsible for supporting the Agency Leads within the team to build the platform expertise in the agency ecosystem.We look for candidates who enjoy solving complex problems through technical, analytical and commercial acumen, synthesizing disparate pieces of information into concrete recommendations, and managing multiple streams of work. Success in this position requires consultative sales, analytical, and technical skills, a focus on servicing, and looking to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Agency Solutions Manager, ANZ Responsibilities:
In partnership with Agency Partners, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our key agency partners
Be a platform and product expert. Capacity to analyse accounts and make recommendations using available tools and resource. Provide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term solution selling.
Bring cross-functional teams (product, measurement, marketing and engineering) to the conversation to make sure agencies are implementing best-practices
Strategy Definition: develop, together with Agency Partners, a path for product adoption and overall sophistication through the knowledge of client’s business drivers and our platform to sustain their competitive advantage
Own Agency Education Programs for select agencies as well as develop and manage more scaled education initiatives across agencies, in partnership with Meta Blueprint
Meta Business Partners for Agencies (MBPA) lead, working closely with MBPA team and regional counterparts where eligible
Meta Blueprint lead, acting conduit between Blueprint and agencies to ensure relevancy and attendance.
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working directly with agencies, media and/or consulting companies and presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels
Experience managing initiatives and complex work-streams autonomously, with a high degree of accountability and high attention to detail
Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Experience translating technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms and stories
Great communication and presentation skills
Advanced analytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and measurement studies and delivering actionable insight
Demonstrated experience with problem solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge and understanding of the Australia & New Zealand Independent Agencies industry
