Our Website Operations Team are responsible for ensuring our customers receive a first-class outstanding experience when they place an order online to when they receive it and after care support. Our Operations team will be the first point of contact via email or telephone for any online customer queries or enquires. This is an opportunity to join a fun, fast passed, passionate and driven team who are contributing to the continued growth of our business.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Order fulfilment – Owing & delivering a fantastic experience for our customers & ensuring our orders are processed inside SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Customer Service – Dealing with all general correspondence and telephone-based duties ensuring speedy resolution in line with SLA’s and doing the right thing for our customers
  • Updating system records with customer updates, checking accuracy of daily activities, and assisting with the day to day running of the web operations
  • Support with web property merchandising, i.e. product updates and ensure any inaccuracies on the website are reported and rectified immediately
  • Work closely with Commercial, Merchandising, Logistics – including Team Knowhow & Courier partners and UK contact centre i.e. to share insights and support with report

You will need:

  • Experience of administration tasks for example recording information, filing, report generating
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Resilient and resourceful in nature, with advanced ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-moving environment
