Rugby – Office basedPermanentMonday to Friday – 9am to 6pm£23,800paOur client, a large organisation in Rugby, are looking for an Administrator to join their current, busy team. This role will suit candidates with a small amount of administration experience, or may be your first office position.The key responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Entering data onto electronic systems
  • Scanning, photocopying, scanning, mailing
  • Typing correspondence, reports and other documents
  • Assisting with general office duties
  • Performing basic accounting functions

The minimum requirements of an Administrator:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • IT proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Reliable

The ideal candidate for the Administrator:

  • Some experience or exposure administration in a previous role would be advantageous
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
