We are currently searching for an Administrative Analyst to join our EHR and Remote Care team!

Job Description

Responsible for the planning and scheduling of Remote OD coverage and the corresponding exam appointment slots in offices, continuous analysis of OD coverage requirements by state, and assisting with administrative services for a range of Clinical Services functions. This position provides support to the National Vision EHR-Remote Care Team and to the OD Staffing Company, Access Eyecare Services. This position also partners with field leadership and several other departments within National Vision.

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

  • Continuously analyzes remote and hybrid doctor coverage requirements by state and participates in planning sessions and metric analysis.
  • Assists in corporate communications and tracking: preparing memos, emails, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Efficiently and accurately opens remote exam appointment slots in the patient scheduler and partners with National Vision Regional Admins on updates.
  • Assists Access Eyecare Services (AES) with OD contract updates, payroll processing, including but not limited to verification of time punches and management of benefit banks.
  • Maintains data analytics of remote and hybrid doctor active and pending licenses.
  • Assists with tracking of doctor candidates; prepares offers and follows up as needed.
  • Assists with building and maintaining AEO OD biographies and maintenance of state referral lists for EHR platform.
  • Works a Saturday rotation (up to 3 times per month).
  • Acts as a positive and effective liaison between the Retail Support Center and the field leadership in championing remote exam initiatives.
  • Assists in special projects or initiatives.

Qualifications

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years Retail operations / administrative assistant experience. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Writing corporate communications experience. (Preferred)

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Additional Skills

  • Advanced: Presentation/PowerPoint, Excel Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing. Required
  • Strong verbal/written communication abilities. Required
  • Effective interpersonal skills. Required
  • Strong attention to detail. Required
  • Excellent organization, planning, judgment, and time management skills. Required

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10% overnight travel as needed
