Our client, a well-established and successful SME with a growing global presence, is seeking a motivated individual to manage their accounts at a transactional level. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving company and enjoy a great working environment and culture.As the first point of contact in accounts department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the financial administration of the incoming and outgoing payments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholder to resolve issues and manage queries. This role offers variety and the chance to take ownership of the company’s accounts functions, working within a supportive team.The key duties and responsibilities include:Managing account information and processing documentationCredit control and supplier payments (both UK and worldwide)Preparing and distributing invoices, statements, and other financial documentsMonitoring and reconciling account balancesHandling incoming stock orders and managing staged paymentsAssisting with financial reporting and analysis when requiredEnsuring exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and resolving account-related issuesThey are looking for a candidate with experience in a comparable position and with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
