Accounts AdministratorDOE: €35-40kCompany Overview:Our client is one of the leading logistics and distribution companies in the North-East, with many years of experience specialising in national and international haulage.Job Description:We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator for our client. This is a full-time, permanent position. It would be best suited to an enthusiastic and highly driven Administrator. The successful candidate will be based in the company office in Navan.Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of office supplies.
  • Responsible for Wages and Vat payments.
  • Issuing Po’s and liaising with purchasing team.
  • Monitoring email enquiries and answering phone calls.
  • Assisting the accounts & purchasing department.
  • General office and property related duties.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude, hardworking and a flexible approach.
