Location: DublinHybrid WorkingSalary c80-85k plus packageAccounting Supervisor (Asset Management) –Our client are an growing financial services company based in Dublin city. • Staff management: Guide and train staff accountants, fostering a high-performance team and cultivating a culture of excellence.
• Financial Accounting: Authorise and review invoices, expense estimates, and monthly accounting packages, including journal entries and trial balances.
• Regulatory compliance: Oversee critical filings with the Central Bank of Ireland (e.g., FINREP+, MCR, ICAAP) and ensure accurate submission through regulatory tools.
• Strategic contribution: Participate in the preparation of financial projections, budgets, and quarterly reporting for the Board of Directors.
• Cross-Functional collaboration: Engage with service providers, legal teams, and internal departments to support initiatives like fund launches and closures.

Your key duties will include:

• Overseeing and authorizing invoice processing and reviewing financial documents.
• Monitoring capital requirements, cash flow, and transfer pricing assessments.
• Preparing and reviewing agendas for internal and service provider meetings.
• Assisting in audit processes, responding to audit queries, and coordinating due diligence reviews.
• Reviewing annual and semi-annual financial statements for UCITS sub-funds.
• Maintaining process documentation and coordinating VAT return files for the tax team.
• Supporting quarterly distribution reviews for UCITS sub-funds.

Is this you?

• Qualified Accountant – ACCA / ACA / CPA or equivalent.
• Relevant post qualification experience in financial services / asset management sector (at least 3 years PQE)
