This is an excellent opportunity to lead a large team within a well-established company and make a significant impact by managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead and manage a large team responsible for financial transactions.
• Process Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
• Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Financial Reporting: Develop and review financial reports related to AR, AP, and bank activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with financial and non-financial departments.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
• Vendor & Client Management: Resolve payment and billing issues effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain KPIs to enhance service quality.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5+ years in a senior finance or accounting role, with expertise in cash & bank, AR, and AP.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
