Role information:

• Management of Accounts Payable function including:

• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve invoice queries.
• Oversee weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting pack – balance sheet reconciliations for all TB codes.
• Assisting with daily and weekly reporting
• Preparation of bank reconciliations and resolving queries in a timely manner.
• Assisting with budgeting & forecasting processes
• Assisting with administration and processing functions
• Monitoring and evaluating operational financial controls and policies
• To prepare, monitor and review AP KPIs.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, corporation tax, and other statutory filings.
• Assisting with the annual audit process from hotels viewpoint
• Other general accounts related assistance
• To comply and adhere to all company policies and existing/future procedures related to Human Resources, including managing employee visa restrictions and compliance.
