As our Account Specialist, you’ll be in a hybrid role, contributing in two very important ways; sales operations and account management. You will be responsible for helping to support the administrative and operational needs of the sales team while assisting with client-facing support tasks.

You’re a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with 1-2 years of professional experience in sales operations, account management, or a similar sales support role. You’re a master at organizing even the most complex of projects and thrive when you have the opportunity to manage multiple projects at once. You’re analytical and love to leverage data in helping to shape your recommendations and approaches.
You’ve got a solid grasp of foundational sales workflows, campaign management, and how to support client-facing teams, and you’re excited by the opportunity to learn a few new ways of working. You’re as at home working individually as you are working on a team, and you pride yourself on your ability to communicate effectively while building authentic relationships. Lastly, you’re proactive in how you approach your work, problem-solving, and improving processes.
If you’ve had experience supporting sales or account management teams in media, advertising, crypto, or partnership-driven environments, we want to hear about it. Candidates with a strong proficiency in tools like CRM software, spreadsheets, and project management platforms may stand out from the pack. Having familiarity and demonstrated success with sponsorships, campaign execution, or working on digital & event-based projects is highly desirable. Lastly, if you’ve contributed to process improvements, streamlined administrative workflows, or assisted in client communication, we want to hear about the results that you’ve created.
This is a full time exempt position with an expected salary of $75,000/year.
