Title: Account Manager – RDU based (base salary AND uncapped commission structure)We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join a scaling asset management software company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with enterprise existing clients, as well as identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services in your assigned vertical.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsUnderstand client needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to ensure client satisfactionIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and servicesCollaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support for client initiativesPrepare and deliver regular account status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholdersPartner with a Sales Engineer to showcase new technology, updated software, and potential add-onsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in account management or sales – customer success is also a great fitBackground in SaaS, IoT, MSP, or similar companyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyWillingness to travel as needed (20%~ for the year) Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
