We are looking for a talented Global Mining End-UsersAccount Manager to join our team in Australia.

This position serves as the global account manager key mining accounts. It also leads / support related business development projects.

In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:

  • Effectively manages the relationship and business strategies for large, complex assigned accounts (cross-regional, global, etc.) to grow our share of the customer’s wallet and achieve sales goals.

  • Be the central point of relationship, which includes business development activities and account escalations that cannot be resolved by the local teams.

  • Bringing together the regional account representatives supporting the account to ensure alignment of strategy and pricing where appropriate.

  • Drive strategic decisions among the team, act as liaison point with the segment strategy and OEM teams.

  • Manage global contracts.

Conduct bridge and pit-to-port initiatives with accounts.

  • Account planning – Identifies objectives to drive the execution of the business and/or account strategy by reviewing where it should be and enabling tracking of progress against goals.

Education and Experience:

  • Significant level of relevant work experience required, including previous customer and/or product experience required. Purchasing/commercial contract negotiation preferred.

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Administration and/or related areas.

  • Solid experience in account management, familiarity with industrial clients.

  • Experience working across geographies and/or business units.
