Account Executive – Western United States (Remote)

We are seeking a sales-driven, partner obsessed Account Executive to join our amazing sales team. As an Account Executive (AE) at Knock you are responsible for outbound sales and partnership adoption leading to loan applications for our first-of-its-kind Knock Bridge Loan™. Knock enables borrowers to use the money “tied up” in their current home to purchase their next one. You will build strategic accounts within an assigned team and territory. You will develop scalable and repeatable strategies to increase the number of loan applications with our partners in a B2B2C capacity month over month.

  • Meet or exceed goals set monthly to prospect new business within a defined territory
  • Develop outbound outreach strategies that are repeatable and scalable to increase conversion from prospect to partner with lenders and agents
  • Collaborate cross functionally with the internal team to provide an excellent experience for our partners and their customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly loan application sales targets with a minimum of 50 loan applications per month
  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives that will increase top-of-funnel conversion leading to new and repeat loan applications
  • Monitor and report on key metrics – including partnerships, leads and loan applications
  • Hold regular meetings and trainings with prospective loan officers, team leads, branch managers and agents to review goals, results, and best practices for utilizing Knock’s products and programs leading to more business
  • Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications – You’ll Bring: 

  • A minimum of 2 years of business development or growth experience
  • Current or previous real estate license or mortgage license required
  • You have a proven, measurable track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Sales-driven creative thinker motivated to increase partner acquisition and improve the partner experience
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive C-Level conversations and maintain confidence in our services
  • You are driven to exceed metrics and help partners exceed their goals to be top performers
  • Passion to see others succeed and have a team-winning attitude
  • Great communication skills, ability to provide and receive feedback and coaching
  • Multitasking abilities, flexibility & adaptability to changes
  • Innate ability to build trust, by showcasing transparency, and building a relationship with team members and cross-functional teams
  • Belief in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs that will further Knock’s commitment to making an impact, learning, putting people first, being open, and courageous
  • Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team
  • Education: High school or equivalent experience

Our Compensation Philosophy: As a fully remote (U.S.-based) workforce, our goal is to ensure that all Knockstars are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for Colorado applicants. The salary for this position is: $75,000.00 USD + incentive plan (bonus). This job posting will expire December 31, 2024

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package & benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to years of experience, job level, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
