The Job:

Account Executives directly generate revenue growth and quota attainment by selling solutions to new and current users within an assigned portfolio, including new business, cross sell and upsell, via best practice telephone, virtual-based and face to face interactions.

The Responsibilities:

  • The portfolio for Account Executive consists of approximately 150-200 Companies

  • Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound contact directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers

  • Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems

  • Responds to customer questions, closes sales, takes orders and maintains customer records

  • Builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions

  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with the customer, including contractual terms and conditions to maximise the company’s recurring revenue and gross margin

The Person:

  • At least 3 or more years of experience in a similar role

  • A proven track record of high performance in B2B Sales, including growing and maintaining existing relationships and comfortable with cold calling and establishing new relationships across all levels

  • An understanding of sales disciplines and account management methodologies

  • Ability to successfully negotiate and close a deal

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and an ability to engage audiences

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others to reach mutually agreeable outcomes

  • Encompasses strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making

  • Self-starter with drive and determination

  • Target driven
