Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years as an Accommodation Manager or Supervisor within a 3- or 4-star hotel
• Valid work permit and relevant documentation
• Strong leadership and team management skills to foster a motivated, high-performing team
• Exceptional time management, organisation, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities and computer literacy

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the Accommodation Services team, ensuring superior guest comfort and satisfaction
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and conference spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
• Implement stock control procedures for supplies, managing orders and liaising with suppliers, particularly for linens, cleaning materials, and amenities
• Conduct training and regular reviews with team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and skill development
• Effectively plan and allocate labour resources to meet hotel needs and forecast future staffing requirements
