About our Graduate Program

We’re looking for motivated graduates with new ideas, a unique perspective and a desire to transform the everyday to create a better tomorrow. Our Graduate Program includes rotational opportunities so you can build your skills, grow your network and better understand the bigger picture here at Siemens over two (2) years.

If you’ve a recently completed your degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you.

We have fulltime permanent roles available in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane starting in February 2025.

• An Australian permanent resident or citizen

• A recent graduate, completing your Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in 2022, 2023 or 2024

• Not afraid of a challenge

The recruitment process may include, subject to shortlisting at each stage:

  4. Attend an on-site assessment centre (end of October/start of November)
