Position Overview: The Advisor & Manager Journey Area is seeking a Summer Intern who is inspired by the opportunity to create great work that helps build a purpose-driven team and organization. The desired candidate will possess strong teamwork, extraordinary attention to detail, and a drive to learn. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial, curious mindset, be positive and resourceful. This virtual position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a highly supportive team. You will have the chance to work with our internal AI tools, assist with creative design projects, provide event support, and analyze and review internal training content. There may also be opportunities for travel to events, providing you with valuable networking and learning experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the team to provide creative design support and develop templates for various projects and initiatives including marketing materials, videos, and social media content. 
  • Review and analyze internal training content to ensure accuracy and consistency using Equitable AI tools. 
  • Assist in planning and communication of national training programs including execution of training events, both virtual and in-person, specifically designing communications and supplementary design needs. 
  • Utilize video transcription tools to transcribe educational videos on our internal training website to identify key words that can be applied in AI tool guidelines and prompts. 

Internship details-

June 3, 2024 to August 2, 2024

Hourly Rate: $25/HR 

Location: US Remote 

Work Environment: Remote but must be able to work US Eastern time zone.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, other) 
  • Familiarity with video creation and editing is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of event planning and support is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
