As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our in-house team of AI specialists, designing and implementing models that deliver robust, data-driven solutions for our clients.You’re passionate about data, and you enjoy diving deep into it to unlock actionable insights. Your expertise lies in developing and fine-tuning machine learning models that directly improve client operations. Learn more about our DNA at [ ].💼 What we’re looking forA deep passion for Machine Learning and a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.Strong foundation in software design principles.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a field related to machine learning and big data.Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, with both a theoretical and practical grasp.Proficiency in Python is a must; experience with SQL is a big plus, and knowledge of R or Scala is an advantage.Experience deploying machine learning models and familiarity with MLOps practices.Basic understanding of cloud engineering.Enthusiasm for working with large datasets and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.Fluency in both English and Dutch.Don’t worry if you don’t meet every requirement from the start.
