Customer Service Professional with Armenian

(Remote across Poland)

Your daily tasks:

  • Providing the highest level of customer service related to medical equipment (E-mail/Phone);
  • Meeting targets set by the client and project’s management;
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality.

What do we expect from you?

  • Language: Proficiency in Armenian (C1/native) and English (C1);
  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project;
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
