Remote Customer Service Representative, Work From Home (Must have reliable computer and internet connection)
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a national claims program. In this role, you will assist individuals with questions, guide them through website submissions, and provide a high level of care and empathy during each interaction. This is an inbound call center role with Tier 1/Tier 2 support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information on general inquiries and frequently asked questions.
- Assist callers with navigating the claims submission process online.
- Handle each call with patience, professionalism, and empathy, especially in sensitive situations.
- Document interactions accurately in the client’s system.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure quality service and compliance.
Requirements
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Completion of an Emotional Intelligence assessment (provided by Express).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional.
- Computer savvy – able to toggle between multiple programs at once.
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- Must use a PC or laptop with reliable internet connection and ethernet cord (Chromebooks and Apple products not compatible).
- Headset with microphone required.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST (may extend to 7:00 PM depending on call volume)
- Hours may vary based on program needs. It will likely be a 40 hour work week but it will include Saturdays
This is a temporary project that starts in October
