Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Team Lead to support clients customer service projects. This role provides agent support, training, and floor coverage while also handling calls directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support agents by answering questions and assisting with calls.
• Monitor calls and provide quality feedback.
• Report issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment/software issues and escalate as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows 11.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently.

Work Environment:

• Remote role, computer and headset required.
• No travel required.
