About the Position: At Holafly, we are seeking a Strategic Manager to join our Strategic Initiatives team. This role is crucial for unblocking stalled projects and leading new initiatives with significant impact on the company. We are looking for a highly experienced expert in digital environments with proven expertise in analytics, growth, marketing, strategy, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage key strategic projects within the company;

– Identify, develop, and execute new initiatives that have a significant impact;

– Work closely with the Director and Lead of the team to ensure alignment and efficient project execution;

– Analyze data and metrics to optimize initiative performance and propose continuous improvements;

– Implement innovative and effective growth strategies;

– Facilitate communication and cooperation between various departments involved in the projects.

Requirements

– Fluent English.
– Proven extensive experience in managing digital and strategic projects.
– Advanced skills in analytics, growth, marketing, and strategy.
– Ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proactive and results-oriented with a “make things happen” mindset.
