Facilities Assistant
Location: Diageo, St. James’s Gate, Dublin 8
Salary: €14.50 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shifts: 5 out of 7 days per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term – Full Time
As a Facilities Assistant at Sodexo, based at Diageo St. James’s Gate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the site. You will contribute to a well-maintained and safe environment, supporting both the business and those who use the facilities every day.

What You’ll Do:
- Carry out general grounds maintenance and facilities support across the site.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to keep the premises in top condition.
- Ensure all external areas are kept clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
- Support the wider facilities team with ad-hoc tasks and site upkeep.
- Follow all health & safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
What You Bring:
- Experience in a facilities, maintenance, or groundskeeping role.
- A valid driving licence (essential for site coverage).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts across a 5/7 schedule.
