After School Club Manager – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision CompanyFinsbury Park, N4 4RR£12-14 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)16.5 hours a week = 2:45pm-6pm Monday to Friday during term-time with up to 40 hours per week available during school holidaysWe are recruiting for the leading provider of out of school hours and wraparound childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about children’s play and activity.As a School Club Manager you will manage all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs at your school from scheduling, people management, cost control, and all stakeholder relationships, including the school and parents. You will also have the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sports camps.As a School Club Manager, you will ideally have experience in…– Leading a Team – understanding that you need to be firm but fair, genuine and heartfelt, and respect everyone’s differences and uniqueness
