As a Bartender in Hilton Sydney’s restaurant Glass Brasserie, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring the restaurant is run in accordance with our operating brand standards. You will be asked to contribute your own skills and experience to a fast-paced environment.

Glass Brasserie Bartenders collaborate well with other team members to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience to our guests. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Knowledge of cocktails and spirits
• A passion and flair for drink making
• Wine knowledge (sommelier course is advantageous)

• Excellent communication skills in the local language
• Flexible, reliable, and responsive to a range of work situations
• Prepared to manage a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
• Serve and run orders to guests in the restaurant
• Previous food hygiene experience
• Electronic ordering systems experience
• Cash handling experience
