If you’re interested in joining our Centre of Excellence and working with top biopharma clients around the world, we’d love to hear from you.Role ProfileAs a Junior Process Engineer, you’ll be a vital member of our project teams, supporting the development and optimisation of processes for our clients’ facilities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and gain hands-on experience in both greenfield design projects and the enhancement of existing sites. Working under the guidance and coaching of senior team members, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. You’ll report directly to the Process Engineering Manager and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Supporting the development of designs from concept through to end construction.
  • Assisting in the management and coordination of process projects in both design and optimisation.
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to ensure process requirements are integrated into overall project solutions.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of project specifications, enquiry packages, and P&ID drawings.
  • Assisting CAD technicians in converting specifications and designs into technical drawings.
  • Ensuring compliance with current regulations and design standards.
  • Liaising with suppliers for both standard and bespoke equipment.
  • Supporting the development of project documentation, such as URS (User Requirement Specifications) and FRS (Functional Requirement Specifications).

About You

  • A degree in Process Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred. Alternatively, relevant sector experience without a degree will also be considered.
  • Enthusiasm for personal development and learning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving.
