  • Lead and manage all on-site activities for the 130 house development project.
  • Ensure the project is delivered in line with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with contract manager, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and internal teams.
  • Oversee compliance with building regulations, health & safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Mentor and manage site staff, ensuring high productivity and morale.
  • Handle any challenges on-site with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

About You:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in site management, with at least 5 years as Senior Site Manager on residential projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Thorough knowledge of building regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
