What you’ll do…
As the Parts and Service Zone Manager (PSZM) for our Eastern Region you will be accountable for the customer satisfaction, service growth, retention and revenue performance for a select group of Ford Dealerships based in NSW (Metro and Provincial Dealership locations). Customers are always at the heart of what we do at Ford, and you will play a critical role supporting our Dealers to keep Ford owners on the road, maximising uptime and providing worry free service that’s convenient and simple. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and is located at our Bella Vista, NSW office, reporting directly to the Eastern Region Ford Customer Service Division Zone Manager.
Main Responsibilities:

Drive Excellence in Dealer Process Skill and Capacity: Monitor and enhance Customer Satisfaction, sustain Customer Experience Initiatives, guide on customer handling processes, and collaborate for customer Uptime and vehicle repair prioritization.

Expand Ford Dealer Zone Service Business: Attain service retention, traffic, and revenue goals, optimise sales via Service department using Ford programs and Genuine Parts, oversee stocking parameters, and enhance business growth with Accessories, and Insurance products.

Collaborate with Dealer Principals to enhance Parts and Service Management Staff processes, skills, and capacity at the dealership: Lead adherence to Ford standard operating processes, ensure resource sufficiency for objectives, drive profitability in Fixed operations, and engage in Management Action Meetings for metric reviews and recommendations.
You’ll have…

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field OR minimum 4 years of experience in automotive Sales & Marketing.

A passion for inspiring and motivating others, along with exceptional decision-making and communication skills

A Parts and/or Service Background with aftercare experience

Skilled in project planning, maintaining organization across multiple Dealerships and programs, and demonstrating financial acumen and business understanding.

Capable of interpreting data for strategic discussions, influencing stakeholders, and delivering actionable outcomes. A self-motivated individual with excellent communication, teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities
