Banking Associate, Manchester City Centre – 2 PQE+ This is an exciting opportunity for a finance solicitor to join a top tier, international firm in Manchester. The Firm and The Team – International firm with a fantastic reputation in the banking market – This is an opportunity to join a top tier team who act for a wide variety of UK and international banks, investment funds, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers. – Exceptional quality work in a supportive team providing a great opportunity for a banking solicitor looking for a step up or a platform from which to progress your career. -They are looking to recruit a lawyer (2 PQE+ & the work can be tailored accordingly) to work on a variety of banking matters, but with a primary focus on corporate banking and leveraged finance representing banks, financial institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers. -The team handles a broad range of domestic and international matters. – A mix of lender and borrower work. -High profile work. The Candidate -Banking & Finance Solicitor. -2 PQE+ -Experienced in corporate banking leveraged finance. -Experienced gained at a national or international firm. -Commercially aware with an enthusiastic approach. -Able to work well as part of a team.
