We are currently recruiting for a Sterile Services Driver vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at entry level and receive world class training. You must hold a full UK driving license.About You

If so, then a career with STERIS Instrument Processing would be a great fit for you.Working PatternFull-time, 37.5 hrs per week on Monday-Friday to cover shifts at 6:00-14:00 and 12:00-20:00 as per rota.What is involved?

• Ensuring vehicles are driven in line with all current applicable legislation, company policies and procedures.
• Daily Health and Safety vehicle inspections.
• Report all traffic accidents involving any company vehicle to the company insurer immediately in accordance with their requirements in addition to notifying line manager.
• Responsibility for the safe carriage of goods to comply with the basic rules of the Transport Act 1968.
• Maintain and organise planned preventative maintenance i.e. servicing of all company vehicles and organise alternative vehicle cover when necessary.
• Maintain effective vehicle mileage logs and submit the mileage records to the Administration Staff on a weekly basis.
• Shall ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily requirements of the service.

• Educated on good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
• 2 years driving experience
• Max 3 points on a licence
