This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-driven content management, delivering visionary innovations that optimize the entire content lifecycle – from creation to governance to omnichannel delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on feature enhancement, customer engagement, and market expansion.Customer Insights: Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, ensuring our product development within market demands.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives on schedule.Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft and execute effective go-to-market strategies for our innovative products.Prototyping and Validation: Lead rapid prototyping efforts to test and validate new use cases, ensuring feasibility and market potential.Roadmap Development: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Management to define and execute a bold and visionary product strategy for content management in XM CloudKey QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, digital experience, or related fields.Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders.Customer Focus: Experience in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to inform product decisions.Analytical Skills: Strong market and competitive analysis skills, with a keen eye for industry trends.Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use data and analytics to make informed product decisions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product vision and requirements.Project Management: Proven track record in backlog management and prioritization in Agile or Scrum environments.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Preferred SkillsDomain Expertise: Expertise in content management platforms, personalization, experimentation, analytics and marketing strategy.Technical Acumen: Familiarity with headless CMS platforms, front-end frameworks, GraphQL, APIs or related technologies.Innovation Mindset: A passion for identifying new opportunities and driving forward-thinking product strategiesStrong Presentation Skills: The ability to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating product vision and strategy in a compelling and influential manner.Why SitecoreAt Sitecore, we offer a vibrant work culture, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to work on products that shape digital experiences globally.
