On behalf of our client, a reputable private equity firm focused on sustainable investment, we are looking to hire an Investment Associate to join the Dublin team. The ideal candidate will be highly quantitative, analytical and have experience working in private equity, investment banking and/or big 4 corporate finance/transaction services.Responsibilities of the Investment Associate role:
- Evaluate and model financial projections to assess the viability and potential returns of investment ventures.
- Preparation of investment memos and portfolio management reports and presentation to investment committee.
- Assist with in-depth market research and other transactional documents.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals in the due diligence process for prospective investments.
Requirements of the Investment Associate role:
- 2-4 year’s experience in private equity, bulge bracket investment banking or corporate finance/transaction services from a Big4 Accounting firm.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
- Interest and/or desire to work with a sustainable investment fund. Experience with renewable energy/infrastructure deals is an advantage.
