- Technical Regional Sales Manager sales position selling a high quality range of metal roofing & guttering systems
- Working on predominantly refurbishment projects within both the industrial and commercial
- Majority of your time will be focused on selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies
- The remaining portion of your time will be spend selling directly to / offering technical support to roofing installers and contractors
- Dealing with order values ranging from £5k-£300k+
- Contributing to a team turnover of circa £15m
- Provide in depth technical support and advice on site
The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager – Metal Roofing with:
- Must have sold metal roofing systems
- Must have experience selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies, roofing installers and roofing contractors
- Would consider a technical guru with no field sales
- Must have experience working on refurbishment projects
- Ideally have construction site experience
- Ability to hunt for new projects whilst also building and retaining relationships along the way
- Ability to sell a technical solution rather than on price
