Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Edenderry, Co. Offaly
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition Overview
Our Client is looking for two friendly, professional, and efficient Call Centre Representatives to join their team at a very busy dental Clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone. You will play a key role in scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our call centre.Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from patients and prospective clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments using our booking system.
  • Provide detailed information about our services, procedures, and policies to patients.
  • Handle inquiries regarding patient records, billing, and insurance information.
  • Assist in resolving patient concerns, escalating issues as needed to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the clinic’s management system.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Handle patient follow-up calls for reminders and confirmations.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.

Education and Experience

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent (required).
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment (preferred).
