Pay: $19.00/hour

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team and provide essential administrative and operational support to our Sales department. This role will ensure that the sales team has everything they need to succeed, from organized data and reports to marketing materials and customer insights. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and enjoys managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep a sales operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales-related administrative tasks such as processing orders, entering data, and generating reports
  • Support sales representatives by preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Organize and maintain sales materials, ensuring easy access to critical information
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and assist with product information and training materials
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records for sales tracking and customer management
  • Assist in coordinating sales events, onboarding new accounts, and developing streamlined processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and ensure smooth sales operations

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of administrative or sales support experience
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with sales processes and business operations
  • Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and customers

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
