What’s involved?
- Prep and cook high-quality breakfast dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure all mise en place is ready for smooth service.
- Cook and present delicious, well-plated breakfasts to high standards.
- Follow food safety & hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Ensure stock rotation and storage are properly managed.
- Communicate any issues, shortages, or special requests effectively.
- Support other sections of the kitchen when needed.
- Clean down your section and prepare for the following morning.
- Assist in ordering ingredients and checking stock levels.
