In the framework of the EU-funded “Unity in Care” project, Terre des hommes and Nisma Arsis are looking to engage a consultant to help project partners contextualise the “I support my friends” methodology and to support the localisation and local implementation of this methodology with professionals and children.
Expected scope of work:
- Prepare the content of the “I Support My Friends” Training of Trainers (ToT) adapted to the project context and its target group – remotely.
- Facilitate the “I Support My Friends” ToT in English – in-person in Budapest, Hungary. The ToT will be a 3-day event. Target group: staff from the public authorities responsible for continuous education of the social welfare workforce jointly with the project staff and other NGOs, CBOs from Albania, Kosovo, Greece, Romania.
- Prepare methodology for in-country “I Support My Friends” contextualization workshops (1-day workshop methodology for children and 1-day workshop methodology for adults) – remotely.
- Facilitate two 90-minute online sessions with Master Trainers following the ToT: (i) one session to support their delivery of replication trainings in their respective countries (ii) one session to support their provision of supportive supervision and coaching – remotely.
Deliverables:
- ToT: Training content adapted to the project and its target group, training agenda, attendance sheet, training report, photos.
- Two methodologies for in-country contextualization workshops (1-day workshop methodology for children and 1-day workshop methodology for adults).
- Two 90-minute online sessions with Master Trainers following the ToT: agenda, attendance sheet, session report, photos.
